Services

Spotlessly Vegas provides residential and commercial cleaning services using eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-friendly cleaning products. Service details, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property during scheduled appointments. Delays or inability to access the property may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances when applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other personal belongings prior to service.

Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to decline services that present safety concerns, hazardous conditions, biohazards, pest infestations, structural issues, or other circumstances beyond the scope of standard cleaning services.
