We accept most major credit cards and other convenient electronic payment options. Payment details will be provided during scheduling.  There will be no money exchanging hands with the cleaners.  All payments will be handled via the scheduling website.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we'll gladly help you reschedule your appointment. We request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.  All rescheduling can also be done through our booking site or by calling (702) 996-4119

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. If you're still not satisfied after the re-clean, we'll give you $50 toward a cleaning service of your choice because we believe every customer deserves exceptional service.
