At Spotlessly Vegas, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return and re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

If, after the complimentary re-clean, you are still not satisfied with the results, we will provide you with a $50 goodwill payment to apply toward a cleaning service of your choice.

This satisfaction guarantee applies to the original scope of work performed and does not cover additional services requested after completion, conditions outside our control, or issues resulting from pre-existing damage or wear.
